CMS Feature - Admin Newsletter
Newsletter in CMS is the emails broadcasting engine for your marketing and other purposes. To Manage/administer the newsletters (like create newletter groups, store emails in different groups, prevent duplicate email, find emails among the groups, syncronising with Ms Outlook, pdf/excel exports etc) become more and more important tasks nowaday.
Here are some the handy features: 1. Create Newsletter Groups It is a good practice to store your customers' or contacts' emails into several newsletter groups, which are categorized by geographic location like states, consumers category like end users, middleman, etc. By doing so, you can reduce the traffic when sending bulk emails with the newsletter. If the Add Unsubscribe instructions to each newsletter is on, the newsletter recipients can unsubscribe the newsletter as he/she wishes to do so. If the Validate email addresses is on, the CMS will trigger an email to the subscriber for email varification as well as activation of his/her subscription. ![]() 2. Export to PDF, Excel, Outlook CSV You can export the list of subscription emails to PDF, Excel, and Outlook CSV format. The Outlook CSV format can then be imported into your Ms. Outlook. 5. Subscribe/Unsubscribe Status You can know which subscribers have unsubscribe the newsletter.
