How to create a PowerPoint presentation from a Word document?

 

How many times have you been asked to prepare a presentation based on a Word document?

You can import contents from a Word document to a PowerPoint presentation without much difficulty.

 

Let’s start!  

Step: 1 

Apply heading styles on your text.

Note: Apply Heading 1 for Title, and Heading 2 for contents. 

Step: 2

Save your file as RTF format.

Note: You may save in other formats. 

Step: 3

Launch PowerPoint.

Step: 4

Import your Word document into PowerPoint.
